In an ever-rapidly urbanizing world our generation must design cities that make better use of data and resources to create more efficient and sustainable systems. As we begin to design and build smart-grid infrastructure, what tools will create the link between infrastructure and human use of city systems? This panel examines how to increase quality of life with little to no development opportunity by engaging city residents in planning and self regulation of city systems.
