Noel is a Lead Designer with the Catapult Design, which is dedicated to developing tools to alleviate poverty within disadvantaged communities. He has shown consistent interest in design for social development through his work in Malawi with Africycle and the ETF education center before joining Catapult. While in Malawi, Noel worked on building Africycle's network with other bicycle empowerment organizations and helped them to explore their product line he also worked to create a small workshop to train students to make products for the local community.
